i plead my case

Currently, I do not have a case for my iPhone and it's been that way for about five months. Everyone I talk to suggests the OtterBox because it is indestructible. I've heard tales of a phone being perfectly fine even after being run over and simply because it was enclosed in an OtterBox. Well, indestructible is all fine and dandy, but style-wise, the cases at Kate Spade are way cuter. So what's a girl to do: go with a case that will defy all odds of destruction or go with something cute, whimsical and stylishly fun that may or may not protect it completely? Yes, these are the little life dilemmas that rack my brain.
